Payment for Activities & Exchanges — Always put it in an Envelope
As you know we have many activities each year that require you to make a payment. We need to ensure that all money collected is recorded correctly and balanced. It will help greatly if we adopt a process that streamlines current practices. I ask you to place your payment in an envelope and hand it to the person who is managing that event. Receipts can be issued later.
1. Write the amount on the envelope.
2. Write your name on the envelope
3. Write the activity on the envelope
4. Put your money (cash or cheque) in the envelope (cheques payable to FF Force Sunshine Coast Inc.)
Remember to use a separate envelope for each event or activity.
